Commissioned by the Quammen Group, "The Conductor, everyone plays a part" painting was created and serves as a visual metaphor or reminder for the teamwork necessary within each business structure.  

Becky Quammen, President and CEO of Quammen Group titled the painting moments after first viewing it. She said that the brush movement reminded her of a conductor’s baton, orchestrating members of the symphony and that it all works together; much like the Quammen Group’s mission of providing IT services by way of teamwork and synergy; helping everyone to make better decisions, perform at their best and flourish.

The original painting was raffled off at the 2003 HIMMS show and now lives in Corpus Christie, Texas. On behalf of the Quammen Group and myself,  may “The Conductor, everyone plays a part” serve as a reminder or simply validate your own role and value, of being a part of the symphony in which you work.
